shortly after chatgpt came out there was this hype around ai, and everybody was questioning how this could be used to be more productive. after learning how to code and specializing myself on building ai applications, i thought i'll just start to reach out to companies and help them to actually put ai and other automations to use. that's how artha labs started.

here are a few stories of collaboration and impact.
ai solutions for a 7-figure mobile app leader
the story: i partnered with a leading mobile app company to help them scale their global operations. they were facing bottlenecks in managing a high volume of app store reviews, localizing their app for new markets, and reporting on analytics. the challenge was building robust systems that were not only efficient but also maintained the brand's voice and quality across dozens of languages.
what i built: a suite of ai-powered systems to automate core business functions.
- customer review & response system: automates pulling review data, classifies them using ai, generates multilingual responses, and posts them.
- analytics data automation platform: a data pipeline that streamlines reporting from google analytics and bigquery directly into formatted google sheets, with slack monitoring.
- app localization workflow: an ai-driven system to accelerate the translation process across 30+ languages while maintaining quality.
the impact:
- massive efficiency gains: saved the team countless hours of manual work and thousands of dollars, enabling faster customer responses and fresher analytics.
- accelerated global expansion: the client can now support more languages and enter new markets with fewer resources.
- data-driven decisions: automated reporting eliminated human error and allowed the team to make faster, more accurate decisions.
tech stack: python, firebase (firestore), openai & x.ai apis, streamlit, docker, nginx, google cloud (analytics, bigquery, sheets api)
mosaic: full-stack product work across an ai community platform
the story: over eight months i embedded with the founder team behind mosaic (a community platform with heavy ai usage). the codebase was already large and cross-cutting: my job was to own real product surface area end-to-end—not only ui, but how features shipped, behaved in production, and stayed trustworthy as agents evolved.
what i built: work spanned the full stack: sveltekit front-end components and flows, supabase-backed data and apis, docker-based services, and deployment on aws and vercel. i invested heavily in quality at scale: broad e2e coverage with playwright, plus integration and unit tests. on the ai side i helped shape agents, agent-focused testing, and evals so behaviour stayed measurable and regressions were visible before users saw them.
the impact:
- sustained velocity on a large codebase: consistent shipping across ui, backend touches, and infra-aligned deployment over a long engagement.
- confidence in ai-backed flows: testing and eval discipline around agents reduced surprise failures and made iteration safer.
- ownership end-to-end: from design discussions through implementation, testing, and production rollout—not a frontend-only slice.
tech stack: sveltekit, supabase, docker, aws, vercel, playwright, ai agents & eval pipelines.
benian not only writes excellent code but brings excited energy to every part of the company. he's knowledgeable and curious about the product and customers, and he is able to put himself into the head of the customer, which i haven't seen in many developers. excellent developer, teammate and person. ~ george, founder
purposeflow: automating a regenerative community
the story: i initially joined purposeflow, a regenerative community in portugal, for hands-on work—not tech projects. but i saw the founder, anthony, spending over an hour every day manually managing volunteer onboarding through emails. i knew i could help. in two weeks, i built a simple, fully automated system that transformed their workflow.
what i built: a fully automated onboarding system using google apps scripts. when a volunteer fills out a form, their data is organized in a google sheet, which then triggers a script to send a personalized, dynamic email with all the relevant info. it’s a lightweight solution that runs itself.
the impact:
- time saved: reduced anthony’s daily admin work from over an hour to just 15 minutes—an 80% improvement.
- smoother onboarding: volunteers receive clear, accurate, and personalized information instantly, making them feel welcomed.
- scalable growth: the system can handle a growing number of volunteers and guests without any extra admin effort.
tech stack: google apps scripts, google forms, google sheets
working with benian to automate our onboarding process was a game-changer. his contribution has been invaluable, and i wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to enhance their processes.
eyes of happiness: a drm for a coaching funnel
the story: the client, a coach, needed a simple, streamlined way to manage leads across instagram, whatsapp, email, and webinars. the existing process was manual and scattered. we collaborated to bring more structure into her business.
what i built:
- google sheets crm: a custom crm to track leads by handle, email, source, and stage in the funnel.
- automated data flow: used manychat and make.com to automatically capture instagram dms and sync them with the crm.
- dynamic views: created a filtered view for webinar participants that updated in real-time.
the impact:
- centralized data: eliminated manual, error-prone tracking across different platforms.
- hours saved: the automated data syncing saved the client hours of administrative work each week.
- improved insights: provided a clear, real-time view of the sales funnel, enabling faster follow-ups and more targeted marketing.
tech stack: google sheets, manychat, make.com, mailchimp
arun thompson: scaling a coaching business
the story: this project is less about code and more about collaboration and clarity. arun thompson, a men's coach and therapist, was ready to scale his business beyond 1:1 sessions but needed a clear strategy. we worked together to map out a scalable business model, refine his product suite, and introduce ai to streamline his workflow.
what i built (and co-created):
- scalable business model: developed a clear product funnel and pricing strategy to move beyond previous earning potential.
- ai-powered workflows: ideated and implemented ai solutions to create unique selling propositions and enhance the value of his coaching products.
- strategic consulting: provided accountability and coaching to help arun move past limiting beliefs around business expansion.
the impact:
- clarity and growth: created a clear, scalable business model that has allowed him to grow with confidence.
- enhanced productivity: implemented systems that streamlined his workflow, giving him more time to focus on his clients.
- innovative services: introduced ai in a way that deepened his offerings and set him apart in his field.
